§ 9.12.120. Penalty for violation.

A.

If a parent violates section 9.12.100 (in connection with a second violation by the minor) this shall be treated as a first offense by the parent. Any such parent shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor and jurisdiction for any such parental violation shall be in the City Court of Butte-Silver Bow.

B.

Any minor who violates any of the provisions of the curfew ordinance shall be issued a citation by the Butte-Silver Bow Law Enforcement Department to the juvenile authorities.
