§ 9.12.100. Duty of parent.

Latest version.

No parent of any minor under the age of eighteen shall allow or permit any such minor to go or be in or upon any street or public place within the city and county after the hours prescribed in sections 9.12.070 and 9.12.080, unless an exception as set forth in section 9.12.060 applies.
