§ 6.20.180. Euthanasia when wild animal bites a person or domestic animal.

A.
There is no rabies vaccine licensed for use in wild animals.
B.
Any wild animal which has bitten or scratched any person or any domestic animal must be immediately surrendered to the Butte-Silver Bow animal control division for euthanasia and testing by a qualified laboratory designated by the local department of health.
