§ 2.98.010. Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter is to provide for an appointed board of citizens of Butte-Silver Bow to oversee the affairs of the Butte-Silver Bow weed management district as required by Part 21 of Chapter 22 of Title 7, Montana Code Annotated (MCA) and created by Section 8.04.050 of the Butte-Silver Bow Municipal Code.
