§ 8.04.050. Weed management district established.

There is formed and established a weed management district in the city and county of Butte-Silver Bow, state of Montana, which district shall include all of the land within the boundaries of the city and county of Butte-Silver Bow and shall include the town of Walkerville. (7-22-2102 MCA).
