§ 10.52.520. Citation for violation—Form.

It shall be the duty of the parking commission to issue citations for violations of the provisions of the two-hour continuous parking regulations as set out herein.

A.

Citations issued for violations of the two-hour continuous parking regulations shall show:

1.

The state license number of the vehicle;

2.

Any facts, a knowledge of which is necessary to a thorough understanding of the circumstances attending such violation.

B.

Citations issued for violations of two-hour continuous parking regulations shall be attached in a conspicuous place to the vehicle parked in violation of this article, and such citation shall contain a notice informing the registered owner to report to the parking commission within seven days as provided in Section 10.52.540.
