§ 10.36.020. One-way signs—Direction designated.

  • A.

    Upon those streets and parts of streets and in those alleys in which signs are placed and maintained by the public works department indicating the direction of lawful one-way traffic movement as described in Section 10.36.010, traffic shall move only in the direction indicated by such sign.

    B.

    All one-way streets or alleys shall be designated by the public works department and approved by the Butte-Silver Bow Council of Commissioners. Additionally, the designated one-way streets or alleys shall be depicted on a list available in the clerk and recorders office and in the public works office.
