§ 10.32.040. Signs—Maintenance.

  • Whenever any law of Butte-Silver Bow designates and describes a through or preferential street, it shall be the duty of the director of public works to place and maintain a stop sign on each and every street intersecting such through or preferential street or intersecting that portion thereof described and designated as such by any law of Butte-Silver Bow excepting however those intersections where a "yield" sign is required, as provided in Section 10.32.020.
