§ 10.32.020. Yield intersections—Designated.

All traffic proceeding along designated streets and highways shall yield the right-of-way before entering on or upon designated intersecting streets or highways, to all vehicles approaching from the right or left as provided in section 10.48.310 and Section 61-8-342 MCA. These streets or highways shall be designated by the public works department and approved by the Butte-Silver Bow Council of Commissioners. The designated streets or highways shall be depicted by a list available in the clerk and recorders office and in the public works office.
