§ 10.22.030. Use of electronic communication device prohibited while operating a motor vehicle.

No person shall have in his or her immediate physical possession a hand-held electronic device while operating a motor vehicle, motorcycle, or a quadricycle on the ways open to the public within the city-county of Butte-Silver Bow, Montana.
