§ 9.12.050. Curfew for minors.

A curfew restricting the time of day during which minor persons may appear on any of the streets or public places of the city and county of Butte-Silver Bow is hereby established. No minor as specified in Sections 9.12.070, and 9.12.080 shall be in or upon any street or public place within the city and county during the hours provided in sections 9.12.070 and 9.12.080.
