§ 8.26.060. Enforcement.

The Butte-Silver Bow Law Enforcement Department shall have the primary responsibility for the enforcement of this chapter. Nothing in this chapter will prevent the Butte-Silver Bow Law Enforcement Department from obtaining voluntary compliance by way of warning, notice or education.
