§ 8.12.110. Violation—Penalty.

Any person within the jurisdictional area of this chapter who fails to comply with the requirements hereof, or who knowingly hinders, prevents, or interferes with Butte-Silver Bow weed board or its agents in the performance of their duties under this chapter may be subject to a civil penalty. Jurisdiction of such violations shall be in the Second Judicial District Court of Butte-Silver Bow, Montana.
