§ 8.12.040. Jurisdiction.

The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all real property within the urban area of the city and county of Butte-Silver Bow, as described as shown on the adopted map entitled "Butte-Silver Bow Urban Area Boundary Map," which map was approved and adopted by Butte-Silver Bow Council Resolution No. 681, and is now on file and of record in the office of the Butte-Silver Bow Clerk and Recorder, and shall also include the Town of Walkerville.
