§ 6.16.100. Prohibited acts.

It is unlawful for any person to break open the pound, or turn loose any livestock or commonly domesticated hoofed animals, or otherwise release any animal impounded therein or to hinder, obstruct or prevent the animal services program manager from impounding any animal liable to be impounded.
