§ 6.04.300. Enforcement authorized.

It shall be the duty of the animal services program manager, animal control officers and all law enforcement officers of Butte-Silver Bow to enforce the provisions of this chapter. Animal control officers may take up and impound any nuisance, vicious or unlicensed dog or other animal. The animal control officer or any law enforcement officer shall issue a notice to appear to the adult owner, if ascertainable, or file a complaint for all violations of the provisions of this chapter.
