§ 6.04.130. Cruelty to animals—Poisoning.

It is unlawful for any person to willfully and cruelly inflict pain upon or injure any dog or other domestic animal. It is unlawful for any person to lay out or expose any poison for the purpose of killing or harming any dog or other domestic animal, or to aid or abet any person in so doing.
