The scope of this chapter is to adopt by reference provisions of Part 23 of Chapter
5 of Title 7 of the Montana Code Annotated (MCA) entitled "County Contracts" and to
adopt by reference parts of Part 3 of Chapter 4 of Title 18 and Part 4 of Chapter 4 of Title 18 of the Montana Code Annotated (MCA) entitled
"Montana Procurement Act" and to adopt Part 5 of Chapter 2 of Title 18 of the Montana
Code Annotated (MCA) entitled "Alternative Project Delivery Contracts" and the accompanying
rules and specifically Sections 18-4-242, 18-4-303, 18-4-304, 18-4-306, 18-4-307,
18-4-308, 18-4-309, 18-4-312, 18-4-401, 18-4-402, 18-4-403, 18-4-404, 18-4-405, 18-4-406,
and 18-4-407, 18-2-501, 18-2-502, and 18-2-503 MCA, and the rules accompanying these
sections, as the county purchases law for use by the local government of the city
and county of Butte-Silver Bow, Montana.
