§ 2.90.010. Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter is to provide for an appointed board of citizens to carry out the provisions in title 7, chapter 12, part 11 MCA, to aid in tourism, promotion and marketing within the tourism business improvement district (district) of the city-county of Butte-Silver Bow, Montana.
