§ 2.88.050. Quorum—Meetings.

  • A majority of the members of the board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. The board shall adopt rules and bylaws to govern its meetings which meetings shall be held at least once quarterly at the call of the chairperson and at such other times as the board may determine. All meetings of the board shall comply with the provisions of the Montana Open Meeting Law. The board shall keep minutes of its proceedings showing the vote of each member upon each question and shall provide a quarterly report of its proceedings to the chief executive and council. These minutes shall be recorded with the clerk and recorder's office.
