§ 2.88.010. Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter is to provide for an appointed board of citizens of the city and county of Butte-Silver Bow (city-county) in order to advise the council of commissioners and chief executive in all actions necessary to carry out the provisions for enforcing animal control ordinances and confining nuisance and abandoned animals.
