§ 2.72.110. Lease agreements.

All potential tenants and lease agreements for the use of the Business Development Center must be approved by the City-County's Community Development Director and then taken to the quarterly meeting of the Advisory Board and signed by the chairman and the Chief Executive on a form to be approved by the council of commissioners.
