§ 2.62.050. Meetings of committee.

The committee shall adopt rules to govern its meetings. These meetings will be held at least quarterly, at the call of the chairman, or other times as the committee may determine. All meetings shall be open to the public. The committee shall keep minutes of its proceedings, showing the vote of each member on each question, and shall provide, to the chief executive, and council of commissioners, a report of its proceedings by the tenth of the ensuing month.
