§ 2.60.010. Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter is to provide for an appointed committee of citizens of the city and county to advise staff on Butte-Silver Bow's compliance activities with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and to address community concerns related to equal access for handicapped citizens; specific, but not exclusive to architectural modifications, employment practices and policies, transportation, housing and community resources in the city and county.
