§ 2.56.030. Availability of records.

Latest version.

All public records held in the archives shall be available for use in the archives by the general public unless prohibited by state law. Records which are in fragile condition may be copied by the archives staff and copies made available in place of the original when it is deemed necessary by the director of the archives.
