§ 2.53.010. Purpose.

The purpose of this section is to provide for operation of the former Sunset Silver Bow Cemetery (cemetery) to be assigned to and performed by the department of public works of Butte-Silver Bow City-County, state of Montana (department) and for the cemetery to be renamed the "Butte-Silver Bow Cemetery."
