§ 2.52.010. Performance of examining land surveyor's duties.

The duties and functions of an examining land surveyor, as required by the legislature of the state of Montana in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 38, Title 11 of the Revised Codes of Montana, 1947, as amended, shall be assigned to and performed by the department of public works of Butte-Silver Bow, state of Montana.
