§ 2.48.050. Board—Voting—Quorum.

  • The concurring vote of seventy-five percent of the voting members of the board shall be necessary to reverse any order, requirement, decision or determination of the enforcing officer, or to decide in favor of the applicant on any matter upon which it is required to pass under zoning ordinances and resolutions, or to effect any variation in zoning ordinances and resolutions. Three members shall constitute a quorum.
