§ 2.44.070. Agreements for operation of public library.

All agreements for the operation of the public library must be approved by a majority of the board and signed by the chairman on a form to be approved by the council of commissioners. No agreement authorized under this section shall be for a period exceeding six months in length without approval of the council of commissioners.
