§ 2.44.050. Meetings—Monthly reports.

The board shall adopt rules to govern its meetings which meetings shall be held at the call of the chairman and at such other times as the board may determine. All meetings of the board shall be open to the public. The board shall keep minutes of its proceedings showing the vote of each member upon each question and shall provide a monthly report of its proceedings to the chief executive and the council of commissioners by the tenth of the ensuing month.
