§ 2.40.070. Meetings.

The board shall adopt rules to govern its meetings which meetings shall be held at the call of the chairman and at such other times as the board may determine in accordance with the laws of the state. The board shall meet at least once in the months of January, April, July and October. All meetings of the board shall be open to the public. The board shall keep minutes of its proceedings showing the vote of each member upon each question and shall file a monthly report of its proceedings by the tenth of the ensuing month.
