§ 2.11.010. Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter is to establish a finance and budget system to comply with sections 7.05 and 11.03 of the Amended Butte-Silver Bow Charter and to create a finance and budget department to organize, manage and control all the financial affairs of the city and county.
