§ 2.04.010. Salaries designated.

The Butte-Silver Bow elected officials, including the chief executive, county attorney, sheriff, clerk and recorder, treasurer, assessor, city judge, each justice of the peace, auditor, superintendent of schools, clerk of the district court, coroner and members of the council of commissioners shall receive an annual salary fixed and determined by the council of commissioners by budget appropriation and adopted through the passage of an annual resolution as provided in Section 7-4-4201 MCA.

(a)

In addition to the annual salary, each member of the council of commissioners shall receive one thousand two hundred dollars annually as reimbursement for travel expenses.

(b)

The chairman of the council of commissioners shall receive an additional two thousand nine hundred fifty-five dollars annually.

(c)

The public administrator shall receive such compensation as is provided for that office by state law.
