§ 18.32.020. Administrator—Appointed.

The floodplain administrator is appointed with the authority to review permit applications and proposed uses or construction to determine compliance with this title, and is required to assure that all necessary permits have been received from those governmental agencies from which approval is required by federal and state law and local codes, including Section 404 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act of 1972, 33 U.S.C. 1334, and under the provisions of the Natural Streambed and Land Preservation Act.
