Floodplain districts as established by this title are defined by the base flood elevations and one-hundred-year floodplains as delineated in the Flood Insurance Study. The basis for the Flood Insurance Study is a scientific and engineering report entitled, "The Flood Insurance Study for Butte-Silver Bow, Montana" dated January 6, 2012, with accompanying Flood Insurance Rate Maps and is adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this title. These maps shall hereafter be referred to as the official floodplain maps.
