§ 17.40.550. Off-street loading—Table of minimum standards.

Off-street loading berths shall be provided in accordance with the requirements that
follow. Berths shall be provided and maintained on the same tract with the building
they are required to serve. If more than one use is combined in one building, the
combined number of berths shall be provided. Where uses are not specifically mentioned
in this chapter, the requirements for the most nearly similar use which is so mentioned
shall apply. The decision of the zoning officer as to what is the most nearly similar
use shall apply.
