Maintenance of all areas provided for off-street parking shall include removal and
replacement of dead and dying trees, grass and shrubs, removal of dirt, trash and
weeds, repair and maintenance of drainage and repair of traffic control devices, signs,
lights, standards, fences, walls, surfacing materials, curbs, sidewalks and railings.
