§ 17.37.050. Manufactured home, Class C.

Latest version.

A manufactured home constructed after June 15, 1976, and prior to October 24, 1994, that meets or exceeds the construction standards promulgated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (USC 42 Sect. 5401) that were in effect at the time of construction.
