There is adopted by the council of commissioners for the purpose of establishing minimum
standards, rules and regulations governing the use of electricity within the city
and county of Butte-Silver Bow, the 2014 Edition of the National Electrical Code as
copyrighted, by the National Fire Protection Association, as amended by Section 24.301.411,
ARM, of which not less than three copies have been and now are filed in the office
of the clerk and recorder of the city and county of Butte-Silver Bow, and the same
is adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out in length in this chapter.
