There is adopted by the council of commissioners for the protection of the public
health and safety and for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the
use, design, installation and maintenance of heating, ventilating, cooling and refrigeration
systems that certain code known as the 2012 Edition of the International Mechanical
Code, as published by the International Code Council, and as amended by ARM 24.301.170
172(1) through (6), and the whole thereof, of which no less than three copies have
been and now are filed in the office of the clerk and recorder of Butte-Silver Bow,
and the same is adopted by incorporated as fully as if set out in length in this chapter.
