§ 15.07.010. Adoption of International Existing Building Code.

There is adopted by the council of commissioners for the purpose of encouraging the continued use or reuse of legally existing historic buildings and structures, that certain International Existing Building Code, as copyrighted by International Code Council, being the 2012 Edition thereof, and the whole thereof, of which no less than three copies have been and now are filed in the office of the clerk and recorder of Butte-Silver Bow, and the same is adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out in length in this chapter.
