§ 15.05.010. Adoption of International Energy Conservation Code.

There is adopted by the council of commissioners for the purpose of providing minimum requirements for the design of new buildings and structures and additions to existing buildings, regulating their exterior envelopes and selection of their heating, ventilating, air conditioning, service water heating, electrical distribution and eliminating systems and equipment for effective energy, that certain International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) as copyrighted by the International Code Council, as being the 2009 Edition, as amended by ARM 24.301.161 and Section 50-60-803, MCA thereof, and the whole thereof, of which no less than three copies have been and now are filed in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Butte-Silver Bow, and the same is adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out in length in this chapter.
