§ 13.04.670. Effect of federal standards.

In the event that the federal government promulgates rules or regulations applicable to the district specifying the quantities or concentrations of substances or pollutants which may be discharged by a user, that federal regulation shall immediately supersede the affected portions of Section 13.04.650.
