§ 13.04.440. Applicability of article.

Latest version.

This article shall not apply to any private wastewater system which discharges to the district's wastewater treatment facilities or which discharges directly to a natural outlet by authority of a separate NPDES permit and in compliance with applicable state and federal laws.
