§ 10.52.390. Violators to report within limited time.

The registered owner of any motor vehicle parked in a violation of the provisions of this chapter and for which a citation has been issued as provided in Section 10.52.380, may within seven days after the issuance of such citation voluntarily pay a fine to be determined by the parking commission. If the registered owner of any motor vehicle parked in violation of the provisions of this article, and for which violation a citation has been issued, shall decline to pay such amount to the parking commission within seven days after the issuance of such citation, the parking commission shall proceed to file a complaint against such person in the city court of Butte-Silver Bow.
