§ 10.52.370. Citation for violation—Form.

Latest version.

It shall be the duty of the parking commission to issue citations for violations of the provisions of the parking meter and two-hour parking regulations as set out herein.

Citations issued for violations of the parking meter and two-hour parking regulations shall show:
1.

The state license number of the vehicle;

2.

Any facts, a knowledge of which is necessary to a thorough understanding of the circumstances attending such violation.
