§ 10.24.160. Traffic control signals—Location.

Traffic control signals constructed in accordance with this chapter shall be erected and maintained at designated intersections. These intersections shall be designated by the public works department and approved by the Butte-Silver Bow Council of Commissioners. The intersections shall be depicted by a list available in the clerk and recorders office and in the public works office.
